Is that really fast for tennis? Sounds ridiculously fast! Tennis balls are so wee too, how can you even see that?! The fastest spike I think it's 145km/h, of course, you're hitting this with your hand and the receiver with their wrist. Usually though, spikes ate around 80/100km/h for men. There is this Cuban female setter who serves at 132km/h. It's really amazing.
